Haldi/Turmeric Powder1 Finely Chopped Green Chili1/4 Tsp. Lal Mirch/Red Chili Powder For Tempering 4 Tsp. Ghee/Clarified Butter1/2 Tsp. Jeera/Whole CuminsA pinch of Hing/Asafoetida Kali Dal Rajma Recipe: Ingredients: Soak 1 Cup of Black Urad Dal & 1/4 Cup of Red Kidney Beans/Rajma overnightIn a pressure cooker add the soaked dal and rajma along with the water and let it cook for up to 8 whistlesTake a Kadai and add 2 TBSP of OilAdd 2 Finely Chopped Green ChilliesAdd 1 TBSP of Ginger Garlic PasteAdd 1 Finely Chopped OnionAdd 2 Chopped TomatoesMix and Saute it wellAdd Salt as per your tasteAdd 1 TBSP of Red Chilli Powder / Lal MirchAdd 1 TBSP of Dhaniya Powder / Dry Coriander PowderAdd 1 TBSP of HIng / AsofetidaMix and suate it wellAdd 1 Cup of WaterCover it with a lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutesAdd the cooked dal and rajma from the cooker to the kadaiMix it well and cover it with a lid and let it cook under the lid for 5 minutesAdd 50 Grams of butterAdd crushed kasturi methiAdd 2-3 TBSP of Fresh CreamCover it with a lid for another 10-12 minutes for the Dal to cook perfectly.
