  • 1/2 Cup Soaked Yellow Moong Dal
  • 2 Cups of Water
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1/4 Tsp. Haldi/Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Finely Chopped Green Chili
  • 1/4 Tsp. Lal Mirch/Red Chili Powder

For Tempering

  • 4 Tsps. Ghee/Clarified Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp. Jeera/Whole Cumins
  • A pinch of Hing/Asafoetida
