  • ADD 2 TOMATOES CHOPPED
  • ADD 5-6 GARLIC CLOVES/LEHSUN KI KALI
  • ADD 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES/HARI MIRCH
  • ADD HALF-INCH GINGER/ADHRAK
  • ADD LITTLE CHOPPED CORIANDER/DHANIYA
  • GRIND IT INTO A THICK PASTE
  • PRE-HEAT A OPEN KADAI AND ADD 2 TBSP OIL
  • ADD 2 CHOPPED POTATOES/ALOO
  • ADD 200 GRAMS OF CAULIFLOWER FLORETS/GOBHI KI PHOOL
  • SAUTE IT WELL
  • ADD 1 TSPN JEERA/CUMIN SEEDS
  • ADD 1/2 TSPN HING/ASAFOETIDA
  • MIX IT WELL
  • COVER IT WITH A LID FOR 2 MINS
  • ADD 1 CUP PEAS
  • MIX IT WELL
  • ADD SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE
  • ADD 1/2 TSPN TURMERIC/HALDI
  • MIX IT WELL
  • COVER IT WITH A LID FOR 2 MINS
  • MIX IT WELL
  • ADD THE THICK TOMATO PASTE
  • SPREAD IT EVENLY
  • COVER THE LID FOR 2 MINS
  • REMOVE THE LID
  • ADD 1/2 TSPN RED-CHILI POWDER/LAL MIRCH POWDER
  • ADD 1/2 TSPN CORIANDER POWDER/DHANIYA POWDER
  • MIX IT WELL
  • COVER IT WITH A LID FOR 2 MINS
  • REMOVE THE LID AND SERVE IT HOT
