  • PRE-HEAT A OPEN PAN/KADAI
  • 4 TBSP OIL
  • 1 TSPN RAI/MUSTARD SEEDS
  • 50 GRAMS CRUSHED MUMFALI/GROUND NUTS
  • 2-3 CHOPPED HARI MIRCH/GREEN CHILIES
  • 10-15 CURRY LEAVES
  • 1 BIG CHOPPED ONION/KANDA
  • MIX AND SAUTE IT WELL
  • 1 MEDIUM SIZE POTATO/ALOO/Batata
  • SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE
  • MIX IT WELL
  • 1/4 TSPN HALDI/TURMERIC POWDER
  • KEEP IT UNDER A LID TO COOK FOR 1-2 MINS
  • REMOVE THE LID
  • MIX IT WELL
  • KEEP IT UNDER A LID TO COOK FOR 1-2 MINS
  • REMOVE THE LID
  • ADD THE SOAKED POHA/RICE PUFFS
  • MIX IT WELL
  • ADD 1 TSPN SUGAR
  • MIX IT WELL
  • KEEP IT UNDER A LID TO COOK FOR 1-2 MINS
  • SQUEEZE 1 LEMON/NEEMBHU
  • MIX IT WELL
  • KEEP IT UNDER A LID TO COOK FOR 1-2 MINS
  • REMOVE THE LID
  • GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER/DHANIYA
  • GARNISH IT WITH SPICY SEV
  • SERVE IT HOT
