Here’s how you can make Sindhi Dal Pakwan at home: Ingredients: 1 cup chana dal (split chickpeas)2 cups water 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 medium tomato, finely chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste 1 cup oil for frying 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup water 1 tsp salt Instructions: Rinse the chana dal and soak it in water for at least 30 minutes.
