Step 2: Drain the water and grind the soaked dal to a smooth paste. Step 3: Add yogurt, ginger paste, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice to the moong dal paste. Mix well and keep aside. Step 4: Grease a dhokla plate or any steaming tray with oil and keep it ready. Step 5: In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and sesame seeds. Step 7: Pour the mixture into the greased plate or tray and steam it for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Step 8: Once the dhokla is cooked, let it cool down for 5 minutes.
